Ingredients:
- 1 container (32 oz) Essential Everyday Blended Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, divided
- ½ cup Essential Everyday Frozen Blueberries, thawed
- 1 cup Essential Everyday Frozen Strawberries, thawed
Directions:
- Add blueberries and 1 cup of yogurt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour about a 1-inch layer into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add strawberries and 1 ½ cups yogurt to blender and blend until smooth.
- After 20 minutes, remove popsicle molds from the freezer and pour in about ½-inch of the red layer. Freeze for 20 minutes, then pour in ½-inch of plain yogurt. After the 3rd layer, place your popsicle stick in the mold. Repeat the layering process until the popsicle mold is full.
- Freeze until set, then run under warm water to easily release the popsicles.
